After parking your vehicle in the private parking lot with electric gate, you take the path that leads to the house. Via a few steps, you access an awning overlooking the main door.
You arrive through an entrance with a cupboard for jackets and shoes. There is also the ground floor WC. You then pass into the main room composed of a magnificent living room with its two sofas and its 2 meter diagonal TV and a superb dining room opening onto a large equipped kitchen. This main room opens, thanks to two large bay windows, onto a covered terrace overlooking the pond. There you will find a living room as well as a dining area.
After taking the stairs, you find yourself on a landing which serves the upstairs WC, a magnificent bathroom with double sink, bathtub and shower and finally, two very beautiful spacious bedrooms each equipped with a comfortable 160x200 bed , an office and a very large dressing room.
